Brookwater, QLD
Springfield Land Corporation
Since 2012 Ace Landscapes have been working with Springfield City Group in the Brookwater Estate. During this time we have completed multiple projects encompassing a variety of elements from unique fencing and timber feature elements, decorative concrete and insitu concrete structures, sandstone in the form of boulder work and clad block walls.
Bespoke signage, cobblestone paving, custom fabricated gates and structures in aluminium and steel were all provided in this one of a kind estate.
With challenging site conditions and design detail, these project stages required innovation and forward thinking to deliver a quality product to our clients.

The presence of large-scale greenery within the Brookwater estate was an essential component in achieving the luxurious and established atmosphere.
Instant gardens were created in roundabouts featuring 3,000 litre ficus trees weighing around 2.5 tonnes each. 200 litre Jacaranda Trees were installed in the Dress Circle precinct of Brookwater, Hoop Pines adorn the top of the entryway feature mounds and many 100 litre trees form the streetscape of this estate.

Hardscaping the entryway to the luxury estate, The Dress Circle, in Brookwater was no small feat. The development of the large-scale accent mounds that form a key entryway feature required 10 tonnes of steel, shotcrete, natural stone cladding, custom 3D signage and the addition of tonnes of soil, mulch, trees and shrubbery.
These elements come together to create a stunning ‘welcome,’ or ‘welcome home’, to the residents of this estate.

In addition, steel arches were engineered to add a bespoke aspect to this entry way, installed by crane. The gates to this estate also required a refurb to match the newly established design featuring stone cladding, and the gates themselves repaired.
